Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

Fibonacci SaaS is provided by Fibonacci Impact LLC, Sharjah Media City (Shams), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). This policy covers this website, saas.fib.im, and the subscriptions you manage here. Each product also has its own privacy information for what it does with your content. Contact: [email protected].

2. This website

  • The website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
  • When you sign in, your browser keeps the sign-in tokens in this tab’s session storage until you close the tab or sign out. The sign-in service, Fibonacci single sign-on at auth.fib.im, uses its own cookies to keep you signed in across our products.
  • The contact page’s template stays in your browser: nothing you type there reaches us until you send the message yourself by WhatsApp or email.
  • The pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of the request.
  • Our hosting providers keep short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

3. Your Fibonacci account

From Fibonacci single sign-on we receive your account identifier, your name and your verified email address. We use them to show you your subscriptions, to match payments to your account, and to tell the products which plan you have.

4. Subscriptions and payments

  • Orders are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. You enter your payment details on Creem’s checkout, not on this site, and we never see your card number. Creem handles them under its own privacy policy.
  • We give Creem your email address and the plan you chose when you start a checkout. Creem tells us when a payment, renewal, cancellation, refund or dispute happens.
  • We keep the record of your subscriptions: the product, plan, billing period, number of users, status and dates, and Creem’s identifiers for your customer record, subscription and checkouts.

5. The products

Each product learns from us what your account is entitled to (the plan, its status, the number of users, its limits and until when), so that it can apply your plan. They receive nothing about your payment method.

6. When you contact us

If you write to us, we keep what you send (your name, email address or WhatsApp number and the message) to reply and to keep a record of what was agreed. WhatsApp messages are also handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.

7. Who we share with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with Creem for payments, with the providers that host and run our services for us, under confidentiality, and with authorities where the law requires it.

8. How long we keep it

Your account details: while you have an account. Subscription and payment records: for as long as the law requires us to keep accounting records. Correspondence: as long as it is useful for the relationship and any legal record-keeping.

9. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days. Some records, such as invoices, we have to keep even after you ask, for as long as the law requires.

We will update this page when what we do changes, and date the new version.
