1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If a subscription is not right for you, ask us within 14 days of its first payment and we refund that payment in full. You do not have to give a reason.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel a subscription at any time from Manage billing on your account page. It stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
3. Renewals
Renewal payments (every payment after the first) are not refunded, in full or in part, including for time you did not use. To avoid the next renewal, cancel before it is due; we tell you by email before a price change applies to a renewal.
4. How refunds are paid
Orders are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, so refunds are issued through Creem to the payment method you paid with. How long the money takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. When a payment is refunded the subscription ends straight away, and your account goes back to the product’s free plan where it has one.
5. How to ask
Write to [email protected] or use the contact page, with the email of the Fibonacci account you paid with and, if you have it, Creem’s receipt.
6. Your rights under the law
This policy does not take away any right you have under the consumer law where you live. It is provided by Fibonacci Impact LLC, Sharjah Media City (Shams), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
